Make sure you have MATIC on the Polygon Network (Mainnet) in your MetaMask wallet.
Go to Transferto.xyz (Powered by LI.FI).
There, click "connect your wallet" and follow the prompts to connect your MetaMask (remember to be on a supported browser, like Chrome!).
Once connected, you can start using the swap tool.
Click on the "Swap from" box and select "Polygon" for the network, find and select "MATIC" for the token.
Next, click on the "Swap to" box and select "Polygon" for the network, find and select "DAI" as the token.
Once step 4 is completed, the tool will provide a box you can type in the desired amount you want swapped.
*NOTE* For an example, we used 100 MATIC.
A window will appear showing you various quotes. We suggest you select the "recommended" quote at the top.
The "swap" button will turn blue.
Make sure you have enough for fees. Then, click "swap".
Once completed, you'll see a message. You should have the desired amount and token in your MetaMask!
