# Bridge from ERC20 to Polygon
If you do not have any assets on Polygon, you'll need to bridge your assets onto that network. Here's how:
### Step 1:
* Make sure you have DAI on the ERC20 Network (ETH Mainnet) in your MetaMask wallet.
* Go to [Jumper](https://jumper.exchange/) (Powered by LI.FI).
### Step 2:
* There, click "connect your wallet" and follow the prompts to connect your MetaMask (remember to be on a supported browser, like Chrome!).
### Step 3:
* Once connected, you can start using the swap tool.
* Click on the "Swap from" box and select "Ethereum" for the network, and type in "DAI Stablecoin" for the token.
### Step 4:
* Next, click on the "Swap to" box and select "Polygon" for the network, and type in "DAI Stablecoin" for the token.
### Step 5:
* Once step 3 is completed, the tool will provide a box you can type in the desired amount you want swapped.
* *\*NOTE\* For an example, we used $100.*
* A window will appear showing you various quotes. We suggest you select the "recommended" quote.
* The "swap" button will turn blue.
* Make sure you have enough for fees. Then, click "swap".
Once completed, you'll see a message. You should have the desired amount and token in your MetaMask!
