💠The Commission Logic

Users of the Fluencr platform can be divided into two groups:

• A seller is an entity that uses Fluencr to sell products.

• An affiliate is a user who sells a seller's products for a given commission.

The seller:

• gives Fluencr permission to sell their products either via their own smart contract or using Fluencr’s default contracts

• sets prices for their products and sales commission

The affiliate:

• use Fluencr to find products to sell and the proceeds to sell them

• finds own unique affiliate link for each product which leads to an instance of the Fluencr checkout

When a sale is made through the Fluencr checkout, funds are automatically distributed to the seller, affiliate and possible referral. The buyer of a product is not required to log in to Fluencr.

Fluencr has a set commission structure which is explained below, however, commissions can be altered on request.

Commission

The grade of commission is based on the account type of the affiliate. As a standard, Fluencr has two account types, BASE and PRO.

NOTE: PRO upgrade is valid until 31st December 2023.

For each account type, Fluencr has a default commission percentage:

• BASE - 8%

• PRO - 16%

Besides direct commission to the affiliate, a commission to the affiliate who referred the affiliate making the sale is paid. If there was no referring affiliate, no referral commission is paid out.

The grade of referral commission is based on the account type of the referring affiliate:

• BASE - 2%

• PRO - 8%
